Happy Monday, folks! Wishing you a fantastic week this week. This weekend we tried a delicious cinnamon swirl bread recipe that I found on Pinterest and wanted to share it with you all! This bread recipe was super simple and didn’t require any kneading or rising… which is my favorite kind.

I am very impressed with the ease of baking! The loaf came out moist on the inside (thanks to the buttermilk), crispy on the outside, evenly cooked, and perfectly sweet. Please do note that the recipe took about 55 minutes to cook in my oven at 350, which is longer than the recipe called for. Just make sure to check your bread with a toothpick for doneness! This is for sure my new cinnamon bread recipe. Hit me up if you are in the Auburn area and we will be happy to make you a loaf!

  1. I sooo want to try this! My grandma used to make something a lot like this when I was a kid, but I’m not much of a cook, so I never figured out how to replicate it. Thanks for sharing!

    1. That sounds amazing, actually! I shouldn’t try it, unfortunately, because my husband is allergic to almonds, but it really does sound great 🙂 Thanks for the comment, girl!
