Is this not the most beautiful Buffalo Chicken Dip you’ve ever seen? My Whole30 dreams came true this week when we gave this simple dip a try. It is dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and Whole30 compliant. And it is incredibly easy to make!

One of the hardest parts of my Whole30 journey has been the amount of time it takes to cook every little meal and snack you need during the month. However, the prep for this Buffalo Chicken dip took less than 10 minutes and was then cooked in the oven for 30-40 minutes. This dip could easily be a party food and nobody would even know how healthy it is!

You can find this recipe here. In order to stay compliant, choose some veggie sticks, lettuce wraps, or homemade chips for dipping into the goodness. I used a rotisserie chicken and this helped with the fast prep time.

The verdict: As delicious as it is easy to make. Whole30 compliance is just the sugar-free icing on the gluten-free cake.
