I had the complete honor of being in my best friend’s wedding a few weeks ago! Look how perfect they were on their wedding day. It was such a wonderful day filled with prayer, dancing, and all the celebrating! I could go on forever talking about all of the sweet details, and maybe I will one day, but for today I’m just sharing another recipe with you all 🙂
One of the gifts I wanted to give to Nicole was her favorite breakfast foods on her wedding morning! I spent the days before the wedding preparing a breakfast casserole, beignets, cream puffs, and this spinach quiche. She requested the quiche and beignets so I was thrilled to make them for her. Hunting for the perfect recipes was a lot of fun!
I found this recipe on Pinterest and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Literally just combine the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a prepared pie crust, then bake. I cooked the quiche on Thursday afternoon and saved it in the fridge until Saturday morning. It got RAVE reviews from all of the bridesmaids! I’m not even an egg person, but I genuinely enjoyed this. My husband tried the leftovers and already requested that I make it again!
My thoughts: just the perfect recipe. Incredibly easy to follow, delicious, and filling. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend.
